• Only electronic submissions in MS Word will be accepted for review.
  

• Presenting authors are limited to submitting one (1) abstract, but can
  be co-authors of multiple papers.

Detailed Instructions for Submitting Abstracts

• Download and print the “Instruction Guide”

• Type your abstract using the formatting requested sample in the instruction guide.

• Do NOT include figures or tables in your abstract.

• Abstracts (not counting author name[s], affiliation, etc.) are limited to 250 words (1,500 characters/keystrokes) and may be truncated at the time of production if they exceed that length.

• Once completed, save your MS Word abstract to disk on your computer. This MS Word file must be submitted as your abstract. No other format will be accepted or retained by the system.

• Return to the Call for Abstracts web page and press “Continue” to begin your on-line abstract submission and follow the prompts.

Confirmation of Acceptance

Once your abstract has been successfully submitted you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt. Should you wish to make changes to your abstract, you may re-submit it as an MS Word file.

Agreement

In submitting an abstract you certify that the paper is an original contribution and give permission to the Congress organizers to publish it on the Congress web site and in the CD-ROM of Abstracts. Further, if your abstract is accepted for presentation, you agree to participate in the Congress to present your research.
