What’s included:
Your registration for the Symposium includes all conference materials
and meals, including the special dinners planned for each evening of
the Symposium and, also travel flights (only for Invited Speakers).
Cancellation/refund policy:
In case of cancellation, No refunds will be issued after Sunday, February 03, 2008. Substitution of delegates is acceptable if advised
prior to the conference.
Accommodations:
All the participants to the filovirus Symposium living out of Gabon will be housed in the Intercontinental
Hotel. Rooms will be charged to the organization for the persons without financial support.
Other hotels in close proximity to the venue include:
High standing (Méridien # 230 $),
Luxury standing (Monts de cristal, Atlantic # 90 €),
Traveler standing (Equateur, Tropicana, Patio # 55 €).
Payment:
You can make your payment by cheque or credit card (only Visa,
MasterCard and American Express are accepted). Each
conference participant must complete a Registration Form and
forward it with payment in euros made payable to the __________ at _____________
