- Access and Transportation
The Re-Ndama Méridien and Hibiscus hotels are only 15 minutes.
Travel between the Airport and the Hotel will be done by
special bus from the Congress organization.

Visitors from countries other than the U.S. must have a valid passport and
a visa may be required. The organizating committee wil send an invitation to
all the speakers that will allow them to get the visa at the Libreville
Airport. These procedures will be done by our organizating staff.
